The Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA) regulates licensed debt-collection activity. VitaCoreX consulting stays upstream of that line — we perform diagnostic, workflow, and pre-collection operator-side work, so FCCPA does not apply to our engagement. When licensed collection is warranted, we refer to partner agencies who operate under FCCPA and federal FDCPA.

Are you a collection agency?

No. VitaCoreX is a consulting firm. We work pre-collection. Licensed collection is referred to partner agencies.

Does FCCPA apply to your work?

FCCPA regulates licensed collection activity. Our pre-collection consulting stays upstream of that boundary, so FCCPA does not apply to the consulting engagement. If licensed collection is needed, it is referred out.

What is the Qualified Net Recovery Pilot really?

A 90-day structured consulting engagement on an approved AR portfolio. $0 upfront. Compensation is a consulting success fee only on eligible recovered cash during the pilot window. Operators who do not qualify choose between the Revenue Recovery Diagnostic ($1,500 fixed) and the Paid Workflow Pilot (from $2,500/mo).

How are retainers priced?

Weekly, not monthly. Tier 1 $1,500/wk, Tier 2 $3,250/wk, Tier 3 $4,500/wk. Scoped and fixed before start.

Which states do you serve?

We serve operators across the United States. Florida-originated discipline preserved as a specialty; multi-state portfolios are standard scope; state-specific compliance (e.g., licensing, bond) is confirmed at intake.
