What the plan contains

Three sections that decide whether an investor keeps reading: the market case (sourced sizing + named competitors), the unit-economics page, and a financial model where every number ties back to a driver you can defend.

Market sizing & demand signal

Top-down TAM/SAM/SOM cross-checked with bottom-up addressable units and capture rates. Every number cited; serviceable obtainable market separated from category total.

Competitive landscape

Named direct and adjacent competitors with a positioning map on the two axes that matter for your category. White-space and segment-weakness call-outs, not generic "low competition" claims.

Unit economics

CAC, gross margin, contribution margin, payback period, and LTV — derived from your actual cost structure, not industry averages. Services: utilization + realization. Products: COGS vs fulfillment.

Financial model

Driver-based projection investors can stress-test, with explicit downside / base / upside scenarios and a runway page that answers "when do you run out of cash?"

3-year projection
