Yes. Our certification statement and notarized translator affidavit meet 8 CFR Section 103.2(b)(3). The translator certifies competence in both languages and accuracy; the notarized affidavit confirms the translator identity.

How does upload work after payment?

After Stripe payment you are redirected to a secure upload page showing one upload slot per page purchased. Same upload link is emailed as backup. You can return to finish later.

How is one page defined?

A standard page is approximately 250 source words. Personal certificates are typically 1 page. Diplomas 2-3 pages. Contracts billed by actual word count rounded to nearest page.

What if my page count differs from estimate?

After upload we count exact pages and email confirmation. Excess collected before starting; fewer pages refunded. No surprises.
