Important: VitaCoreX LLC prepares and files business-formation documents as a third-party filer. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal, tax, or immigration advice, and do not act as CPAs or attorneys. For tax strategy, complex ownership structures, or immigration-linked formation (EB-5, L-1, E-2), we refer you to licensed counsel. State-specific unauthorized-practice-of-law rules are confirmed before engagement.
Frequently asked

Quick answers before you fill the form.

Can I form a US LLC if I don't live in the US?

Yes. Non-residents can own and operate US LLCs. You don't need a US address, SSN, or visa to form the entity — but some banks will ask for additional KYC. We prepare the document stack that fintechs and banks actually accept.

Which state should I register in?

For most small businesses, register in the state where you actually operate. Delaware and Wyoming are popular for investors and privacy; Florida is our home state. We'll recommend a state based on your activity on the intake call — not based on affiliate fees.

How much does this cost?

Our filing fee starts at $299 (plus the state's fee, which varies $70–$500). Turnkey packages (LLC + EIN + agent + operating agreement + bank-ready docs) are $599–$899 depending on state. You see a scope quote before any work starts.

How fast is the setup?

State filing: 1–10 business days (depends on state). EIN: 2–15 business days (1–2 days for US residents, 2–3 weeks for non-residents via fax). Turnkey typical total: 5–10 business days for US residents, 10–20 for non-residents.

Do you help with taxes or bookkeeping?

We do not file tax returns or provide tax advice — that's a CPA's job. We do prepare documentation your CPA asks for (BOI filing, Form SS-4, state annual reports, etc.). We can refer you to bilingual CPAs we work with.
