For companies: small claims & financial recovery
Financial Recovery gets overdue invoices paid before court. We build the method with your team: scripts, letters, payment plans and the evidence for small claims. The first month is the setup and pilot; after it the method goes onto all your invoices, and you pay only a share of the increase in what comes in.

Three steps
Start with an analysis, run the pilot with your team in the first month, then roll the method out to all your invoices and pay only a share of the increase in net recovery.
Aging by account, disputes and missing documents, and the next step for each overdue invoice.
We set the method up with your team on up to 25 overdue invoices: scripts, letter templates, payment plans, the document workflow and evidence for small claims. Your team runs it; we train, check and report.
After the pilot the method goes onto all your overdue invoices. From the second month there is no fee for our time: we take a share only of the increase in net recovery — money that comes in after we joined, above your usual level.
The first month
Aging by account, disputes, missing documents, and your average monthly recovery before we join.
Who says what, which letters go out, and which documents are sent, signed and filed, and when.
Your team calls and writes in your company’s name and keeps the evidence for small claims; we check the work every week.
Net recovery against the baseline. If it works, the method goes onto all your invoices and you pay only from the increase.
After the pilot, from month 2
After the pilot the method goes onto all your overdue invoices, and from the second month there is no fee for our time. We take a share only of the increase in net recovery: money that comes in on overdue accounts after we joined, above your usual level.
12%of the increase in net recovery
18%on invoices more than a year overdue
Collection agencies usually take 20–50% of what they collect.
Prices
Flat prices for the analysis and the pilot; after the pilot, the full rollout costs only a share of the increase in net recovery. Mailing, service and fees are listed separately. A debtor search, when needed, your company orders and pays for itself.

About the retainerHow we work
Only for the full rollout after the pilot: from the second month, and only of the increase. 12% (18% on invoices more than a year overdue) of the money that comes in above your usual level after we joined. The analysis and the first month have flat prices, or are free for retainer clients.
Business-to-business invoices up to about two years old, backed by a contract, an order or a delivery record.
A free receivables analysis and a free first month of Financial Recovery. After the pilot, the full rollout costs the same share of the increase in net recovery. Mailing, service and fees are paid at cost; a debtor search your company orders and pays for itself.
Weekly checks of your team’s work and a net-recovery report against the baseline: what came in, what was promised and which accounts stayed silent. Then you decide whether to continue.
Letters by certified mail (about $11 each), hand delivery or service on the debtor (Florida sheriff $40, private server about $40–$100) and any state or court fees, all at cost. A debtor search (skip tracing) is usually needed: your company orders and pays for it directly with a search service; we do not provide or pay for it.
Your own team, in your company’s name. We set up the method, write the scripts and letters, show which documents to send and sign, train the team to collect evidence for small claims, and check the work every week.
In the analysis we fix your baseline: average monthly recovery on overdue invoices for the 3 months before we joined. Each month our share is calculated only on what comes in above that baseline, from your own payment records.
A spreadsheet export is enough. We reply with the analysis scope and the price in writing.
