About Financial Recovery

Retainer

How the retainer works

One price per case: we take the documents, the court calendar, the hearing and the follow-up. You sign a power of attorney and get a report after each step.

  1. Power of attorney

An officer of the claimant company signs our template. It states exactly what we do in the company’s name.

  2. Case check and estimate

We review the invoices and correspondence and confirm the hours and court fees in writing.

  3. Filing and court calendar

We file where the court allows it, arrange service of process and track every deadline.

  4. Hearing and after

We represent your company at the hearing, then follow the payment after judgment.

How it works

From case check to a ready packet

  1. Case check

State, court, company type, amount and your role. No documents yet.

  2. What we can do, and the price

We confirm what we may prepare in that state and court, and send a written quote.

  3. Packet and follow-up

Chronology, amount calculation, indexed exhibits; with the support package, filing coordination where permitted and status updates.

Questions

Can you appear in court for my company?

Yes, on the retainer or with court hours. Your company signs a power of attorney, and we attend where the court allows it, or together with your authorized representative. Rules on who may appear for a company differ by state and court, so we confirm yours before you pay.

Which states do you cover?

We review each state and court before quoting and confirm in writing what we can do for your case.

Are court fees included?

Court filing fees and service of process are paid separately, at cost, and listed in your quote.

Do you guarantee the outcome?

The decision belongs to the court. We make sure your case is complete, organized and on time, so the judge sees the facts clearly.
