Florida annual report filing

$79one entity, one year + state fee Fixed service fee

Deadline

The annual report is due by May 1

Florida opens the annual report on January 1. After May 1 the state adds a $400 late fee for LLCs and corporations. That fee goes to the state, not to us. If the report is still not filed, the state can dissolve the company.

You can always file it yourself at sunbiz.org and pay only the state fee. VitaCoreX is a private company, not the State of Florida. Our fee pays for checking, typing and tracking the filing.

What is included

  • Check of your Sunbiz record before filing
  • Address, officer, manager and registered agent updates typed into the report
  • Filing and the filed PDF
  • A reminder before next year’s window

What may cost extra

  • Florida state fee: $138.75 for an LLC, $150 for a corporation
  • State late fee of $400 after May 1
  • Reinstatement after dissolution (quote)
  • Tax returns are a separate service

What happens next

Send the company name or Sunbiz document number. We confirm what changes, you pay, and we file. You can also file yourself at sunbiz.org and pay only the state fee.

Questions

Is this the official state website?

No. VitaCoreX is a private document preparation company. The official site is sunbiz.org, where you can file yourself and pay only the state fee.

What if I already missed May 1?

We can still file. The state adds its $400 late fee, and we show you the total before you pay. If the company was already dissolved, reinstatement is a separate quote.

Does the yearly plan renew automatically?

No. You pay for one year at a time. Before the next year we ask you, and nothing is charged unless you agree.

Do I need a newspaper notice for a DBA?

Yes. Florida law requires the name to be advertised once in a newspaper in the county of your main place of business before you register. We tell you how, or arrange it at the newspaper’s price.

Can you change the owners or members of my company?

We type the changes you have already decided into the state forms. Ownership agreements and their consequences are legal questions; for those we can pass a short summary to an independent attorney, only with your consent.

Due this year? Send the company name.

We check the Sunbiz record and confirm the state fee before you pay.
