Court, immigration & contracts
Can't afford the filing fee? Ask to have it waived.
Courts and USCIS can waive or reduce their fees for people with low income. We type the waiver form from your written answers and list the documents it asks for. One price per application, whichever form it is.
Fee waiver application
Which waiver do you need?
Each court system has its own form. Tell us where your case is or which USCIS form you're filing.
Florida courts
Application for civil indigent status, filed with the clerk. Used for court fees in cases such as a name change.
USCIS (Form I-912)
Request for a fee waiver on eligible immigration forms, filed together with that form. The I-912 itself has no USCIS fee.
Federal court
Application to proceed without prepaying fees (AO 240 or AO 239). The judge decides.
Another state
Most state courts have a similar form. Tell us the state and the court, and we'll confirm we can prepare it before you pay.

Questions
Can you tell me if I qualify?
The court or USCIS decides. We type the form exactly from your written answers.
What if the waiver is denied?
You can usually still pay the fee and continue, or follow the instructions in the denial. Our fee covers preparing the application, not the decision.
Why is my name on the form as the preparer?
Many waiver forms, including the I-912, require anyone who helped to sign the preparer section. It shows who typed the form; it does not make us your representative.
Can I get the waiver form for a name change too?
Yes. If you are changing your name through a Florida court and can't afford the court fee, the civil indigent application is a separate application at the same fixed price.
One form, one fixed price
The same price for every waiver form. The court or USCIS makes the decision.
