How do I know the final price?
Online notarization and company formation have fixed prices that you see before paying; state and government fees are shown on a separate line. For translations, apostilles, tax returns and other documents, we take a quick look first and send a written quote. You pay only once you agree to it.
Do you handle court cases?
Yes. We prepare court packets and Florida court forms from your answers. For companies we handle small-claims cases per case — a filing packet, a month of case support or a retainer with court representation under a power of attorney where the court allows it — and add court hours when needed. If a matter needs an attorney, we tell you plainly.
Which languages do you work in?
We work with clients in English, Russian and Spanish. For translations, send any language pair: our coordinator checks which qualified translator can take it and gives you the price and date before you order.
Will my document be accepted?
That's always up to the office receiving it. Florida online notarizations and certified translations are common practice, but check the recipient's requirements first. We'll tell you what to ask.
How do I send documents?
Once we have agreed on the work, we send you a private upload link, usually the same day.
Do you work outside Florida?
Yes. Most services are online across the U.S. For company formation, apostilles and small claims the rules depend on the state and court: tell us yours and we confirm what we can do before you pay.
